Never leave a burning candle unattended, always keep a burning candle within sight.
Keep candles away from furniture, curtains, carpets and anything else that may be a fire hazard.
Keep the candles out of draughts.
Please ensure that candles are out of reach of children and pets.
Ensure that candles are placed on a stable heat resistance table.
Never move or touch a burning candle. Allow the candle to cool before moving.
Please fully extinguish candles before leaving the room or going to sleep. Use a candles snuffer, never extinguish with water or blow them out.
Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hours.
Never burn a candle in direct sunlight or heat sources like televisions.
Using your soy candle
Trim the wick to 6mm before lighting.
On your first burn, burn up to 4 hours until you have a wax pool all over. This will prevent any tunneling
Trim the wick before each burn, complete this when the wax is solid and cooled.
Burn time maximum recommend is 3-4 hours.
Discontinue when 1cm of soy wax left, never melt to the end of the wick.
Soy candles and frosting
Frosting is a common factor with soy candles from time to time where candles may not adhere to the whole jar or the top may have a slight uneven look. Please note that this will not have any impact to the overall performance of your candle and will still smell how it should. This mainly happens in the winter months when temperatures are below what is required
Reed Diffuser Care
How to use
Remove from box and shake the bottle well whist the stopper is still inserted in the bottle.
Find a spot for your reed diffusers that is not on a polished or painted surface and an even surface. Best place for reed diffusers is where there is general movement in the room and high traffic. This will help circulate the scent and throw of the fragrance.
Unscrew the cap and remove the stopper from the bottle.
Screw the cap back onto the bottle.
Place the reeds in the bottle and enjoy.
From time to time the reeds can become clogged due to dust build up, flip the reeds every 4-6 days to improve the scent throw.
Reed Diffuser safety
Do not light the reeds
Never place the diffuser by an air conditioning unit or heat from radiators.
Never drink the liquid and seek immediate help
Keep away from children and pets
Keep out of direct sunlight
Soy Wax Melt Care
Remove the wax melts from packaging
Place the heart shaped melt on the burner of your choice (we recommend one melt at a time will provide you with the strength you require).
Enjoy the fragrance
Once the wax is melted and creates a wax pool, this becomes very hot. Do not touch with the naked hand. This may cause serious burns. If this does happen please seek medical attention immediately.
